Our next Sala will be held in Lucerne and Bettina Beer will be giving a brief input on why the imagery portraying Filipinas as hopeless and helpless persists in the Western public perception. Our last General Assembly (GA) took place on Friday, 3 November 2023, at Lili’s Filipino Restaurant in Schlieren. Following the formal meeting, we will also held the 2nd edition of our Sala (formerly known as “Salon”), see below.
